On January 22, 2015 Ukrainian Youth Delegates took part in the event organized by UNDP in Ukraine.
Delegates met with Kirsten Anderson, a youth policy expert from UK who spent three days in Ukraine analyzing legislation on youth.
During a two-hour presentation, Ms. Anderson covered a number of issues related to youth employment, active citizenship, sports, healthy lifestyle and volunteering. She provided an insightful feedback on the quality of Ukrainian legislation and gave a comparative analysis of the EU youth legislation.
British expert highlighted the importance of adoption of comprehensive and efficient laws on youth-related issues in the light of the recently signed EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
